Policies & FAQ

Shipping 

  • Orders ship from the US.
  • Orders are shipped out twice a month unless it is a preorder item, in which case the expected shipping date will be stated in the item description.
  • US orders usually take 3-7 business days while international may take 2-10 weeks or more depending on location.
  • US and Canada orders are shipped through USPS and can be tracked through the USPS/CanPost sites. All other orders are shipped through Asendia USA and can be tracked here.
  • I am not responsible for lost packages or post office error so please make sure your address is correctly inputted.
  • I am unable to help with packages lost in transit or marked "Delivered" but missing, please contact your local postal provider in these situations.

Orders

  • All sales are final once the item ships but please contact me within one week of receipt if your items do not arrive as expected. If it is an error on my end (wrong/missing items), I will gladly ship you the replacements for free or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
  • If your order has not yet shipped and you would like to cancel/change your order, please e-mail me ASAP and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
  • For international orders, I cannot mark shipments as gift/lower the value, please don't ask me to do so!!
  • Depending on your country's regulations, you may be responsible for additional customs and import fees. I am not responsible for these additional costs or any delays due to customs.

Payment

  • I do not accept PayPal through this storefront. If you would like to pay through PayPal, please use my Etsy store instead (please note that prices there are adjusted to accommodate for increased fees).
